How do I place an order?

Orders can be place on our website by adding the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and continuing with the checkout feature. We are continuing to add new products to our website daily. To inquire about products not listed, please contact us at 602-753-6648 or email sales@staticmotorsports.com to place a phone order.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

Static Motorsports currently accepts Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express).

 

Your website says free shipping, why am I getting an invoice for shipping?

Our free shipping offer is valid on all products, excluding aero kits. Aero kits include wide body kits and individual aero components from: Rocket Bunny, Pandem, Liberty Walk, RallyBacker, Clinched, Prior and Mansory. Anyone who orders an aero kit will be billed separately for shipping after the order is placed. In order to obtain a shipping quote, please contact us directly prior to placing your order.

 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for handling. Some parts are made to order and will have different ETAs. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a deadline.

Why hasn't my item shipped yet?

Some items may not be available in our warehouse for immediate fulfillment. In these cases the item(s) will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, this process can take an additional 2+ weeks. To find out if your item is currently in stock, please call 602-753-6648.
